The Germany-based mobility experts HOLON and Valtech Mobility announced their strategic partnership today.

EcoVadis, the world's largest provider of sustainability ratings, has awarded BENTELER Steel/Tube its gold medal. The recent rating underscores the company's commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

The BENTELER Group is about to secure a multi-million-dollar investment to expand its autonomous mover business: TASARU Mobility Investments, a Saudi Arabian investment company specializing in automotive initiatives, intends to acquire a minority stake in the BENTELER subsidiary HOLON for a nine-digit sum.

BENTELER has supplied welded CliMore® tubes in the Ambition category for the first time to an end customer, the Stabilus Group, one of the world's leading suppliers of motion control solutions, where they will be used to manufacture gas springs.
