BENTELER publishes sustainability report 2017

Salzburg/Paderborn, 14.12.2018. As a fourth-generation family company, BENTELER combines economic growth with corporate responsibility. For example, around 95% of the waste of the automotive division is recycled. In addition, BENTELER is continually improving products and processes: As a reliable partner, we develop climate-friendly solutions for emission-free mobility, together with car manufacturers. Such as the BENTELER Electric Drive System, a comprehensive system for electric vehicles.

With the sustainability report 2017 BENTELER switched the reporting to the internationally recognised standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). In addition, the company established a strategic framework in the reporting year, which forms the basis for the future sustainability commitment. It considers all the requirements of stakeholder groups, from regulations, the market environment, current standards and sustainability ratings.
