For example, we´ve expanded our processing depth for passive safety systems in automobiles for a customer. Since 2020, we´ve been producing directly formed tube components for airbags at our Schloss Neuhaus plant in Paderborn. Since these are among the most important safety components in the vehicle, they are put through their paces before they are even installed. For an efficient process, we developed a non-destructive testing technology integrated into the production line.
As a result, they comply with the strict safety requirements. Our customer saves a production step and everything is prepared for assembly by us.
