Tubing

Flexible processing, for every requirement

The requirements in the energy sector are constantly changing. That’s why we offer green tubes made from high-quality materials that can be processed flexibly. For many applications. Our plain-end non-upset pipes are suitable for various target grades and are available from an outside diameter of 1". We also offer sour and sweet gas resistant tubing in chemical compositions with up to 13% Cr – for both API and premium applications.

Coupling stock and accessories

A perfect fit for oil and gas accessories

Our dimensionally stable hot-finished tube gives you precisely fitting pre-materials for the manufacture of oil and gas accessories such as pup joints, crossovers, blast joints and coupling stock. Boiler tubes

Reliable, even at temperatures up to 620° C

Power plants, waste incineration plants, the chemical and petrochemical industry, the paper industry, the sugar industry: Our boiler tubes are in heavy use everywhere. Because they can handle anything - and for a really long time. In all standard steel grades - up to and including grades T24, T91 (type 1+2), T92 and X20 CrMoV 11-1. For gas and steam plants, we supply our seamless hot-rolled steel tubes up to a length of 23 meters.

Heat exchanger tubes

Wherever a classic heat transfer between different fluids takes place, our heat exchanger tubes are in demand. Whether seamless cold-drawn or welded. In energy generation, in the chemical and petrochemical industry or in reactor construction, their universal applicability and the ability to be produced in lengths of up to 25 meters are highly valued.

Multi-lead rifled tubes

Special boilers, special requirements. This is what our Optimized Multi-Lead rifled tubes are made for. In vertical-tubed special boilers, for example, they ensure efficient boiler technology thanks to their pitch angle of 40 degrees. In spiral-tubed boilers, on the other hand, our seamless, cold-drawn Multi-Lead Rifled Tubes create an ideal heat transfer with their 30 degree pitch angle.

Safe? Absolutely! Our BENTELER HYRESIST® hydrogen tubes and pipes are so secure that they even exceed the European Industrial Gases Association (EIGA) requirements for distribution network pipes, whether it’s hydrogen-compliant steel analysis, pressure resistance, or homogeneous structure.

The steel grades for HYRESIST® tubes and pipes are produced in our own steel mill in Lingen, Germany. This enables us to ensure the optimized mechanical properties needed to prevent hydrogen embrittlement and high degree of purity needed for hydrogen transmission. Which all makes our seamless hot-rolled and cold-drawn hydrogen line tubes especially robust and durable. HYRESIST® hydrogen tubes are available in several material grades. Plus, they are also available from our CliMore® portfolio for sustainable applications, enabling you to reduce your carbon footprint for hydrogen pipes by up to 80%.
