The holding company, BENTELER International AG, based in Salzburg, Austria, controls the strategic orientation of the group. In addition BENTELER Business Services GmbH, based in Paderborn, Germany, performs additional holding functions.

BENTELER International AG is the strategic management holding company of the BENTELER Group. This is where the processes, structures and goals of our global business are formed. The global business functions of accounting, communications/marketing, compliance, tax, finance and controlling, legal and strategy are managed from here.
